Miho Hatori

Born and raised in Tokyo, Miho has been nesting in NY since 1994. That same year, she formed Cibo Matto with Yuka Honda and sung about the concepts of love and food. Her unique voice has since appeared in collaborations with Gorillaz, Beastie Boys, Handsome Boy Modeling School, John Zorn, Towa Tei (Deee-Lite), Prefuse 73, and others, in all varieties of crossover styles.

Miho has also made music for films, such as “Shindo,” “The Killing of a Chinese Cookie,” and Diesel’s short film “Forbidden Love xXx.” She’s currently involved with two music and multimedia projects: New Optimism and New Still Life.
